No outside promotions 12hrs before/after campaign posts. Agency content must remain most recent during campaign window.
Competitive monthly retainer for regional exclusivity and content creation services.
Payments sent within 7 business days of invoice submission. Retainers paid first of each month.
Standard 6-month agreement with auto-renewal. 30-day written notice required for termination.
Earn 40% of revenue from your introduced clients. Monthly performance bonuses for exceeding targets.
Non-compete clause for competitor marketing agencies. Cannot poach Agency clients for 24 months post-contract.
Early termination requires 60 days notice and return of all Agency IP/Assets. Breach triggers liquidated damages.
